Presbyterian Women
Presbyterian Women (PW) offers women in the church meaningful ways tolive out their faith in the midst of a caring community of women. For more than 200 years PW groups have strengthened the Presbyterian Church and played a major role in sharing the good news of Jesus Christ and witnessing to the promise of God’s kingdom.
The SHPC PW offers two meetings each month:
The Ruth Day Circle meets every third Wednesday of the month at 1:00 p.m.
The Deborah Evening Circle meets every third Thursday of the month at 7:30 p.m.
The Ruth and Deborah Circles meeting together four times each year:
Spring Brunch in April
PW Kick Off Brunch in September
Fall Festival in October
Christmas Brunch in December.
All congregants and visitors are encouraged to participate in these events.
The 2011 Co-Moderators of the SHPC PW are Marti Barnhouse and Elaine Nelson. Please contact either of them with thoughts or questions.
