The role of the Personnel & Administration Committee is to maintain staff and rationale to provide professional and administrative resources to the church, session and committees for the transformation of lives.  In order to accomplishing these tasks in 2011 they will:

(1)   Hire, evaluate, supervise & oversee all staff.

(2)   Maintain personnel files & policies.

(3)   Oversee the office and its budget.

(4)   Provide for comprehensive communication.

(5)   Witness to God’s love to the world.
